Omo! Cheese Pizza Hot

Hola!


Today, my litle sister coming home from school.


So she asked me to make for her pizza.


Then, i went to mall.


So after 1/2 hour at mall looking what i need, after that i go home.


Arrived at home, went immediately in the kitchen to make pizza dough before 7 p.m


Okay then, i got this recipe from My resipi.com.




To make dough (A)


2 cup of Flour/ 2 cawan gandum


2 ts Instant yeast / 2 st yis


1/2 ts salt / 1/2 st garam


1 ts sugar / 1 st gula


2 tablespoon of vegetable oil or cooking oil / 2 sudu besar minyak sayuran atau minyak masak


1/2 cup of warm water / 1/2 cawan air suam


5 st mayonnaise  - i put it because it make dough more tasty / 5 sudu kecil mayonis


Method of preparations


So, first u put all thing above (A) in container except warm water / Letak semua bahan (A) dalam satu bekas  kecuali air


Add water little by little into container , and keeping mixing the dough become elastic and not thick in your hand if thick, add flour./ Letak air sikit demi sikit dan teruskan menggaul doh sehingga tidak melekat ditangan kalau doh melekit letak sedikit gandum.


Then circle the dough, and let it rest 45 minute./Kemudian bulat2kan doh, dan biarkan 45 minit.




Okay then, to make pizza sauce actually is up to u whether to buy or just make it.
( Sos spaghetti or Prego sauce )


To make Pizza Sauce (B)


1 onion cut in cirle shape/ 1 labu bawang besar di potong bulat


2 cloves of garlic/ 2 ulas bawang putih


2 tablespoon of cooking oil/ 2 sudubesar minyak masak


3 tablespoon Chili Sauce/ 3 sudu besar sos cili


2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce/ 2 sudubesar tomato


3/4 of sugar & salt/ 3/4 garam & gula


Heat the oil in pan, then put garlic and onion, wait until the it cooked well and smell/ Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, kemudian masukkan  bawang putih dan bawang besar dan tunggu hinga naik bau.


Then put chili sauce & sauce tomato and also  sugar & salt and wait until cook/ kemudian letak sos chili dan sos tomato dan juga gula & garam dan tunggu hingga masak.

To make Pizza toping


Its up to you, you cant put anything ur favourite such as hotdog, mushrooms, capsicum, meat, crab sticks , cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese./ Ikut selera kamu untuk membuat toping pizza samaada nak guna hot dog atau ayan di ptg dadu dan cendawan butang, lada benggala, crab stick or etc.
