Today i make some puding jagung.
Rasa teringin nak mkn lah.
So i just use whatever 'barang' yang ada kat umah.
Alhamdulilah, semua cukup.
Okay so here this 'Ingredients' for puding jagung
1. Water/Air Masak = RM 0
Gula/Sugar = RM 0
Custard Flour/Tepung Kastard = RM 2.10
Kernel Corn OR Cream Corn/
Jagung Kernel/Jagung Krim = RM 3.20
Evaporated Milk/Susu Cair F&N = RM 2.90

TOTAL/JUMLAH = RM 8.20 > Jimatkan hehe
Gula/Sugar = RM 0

2. 1 cup of Evaporated Milk/ 1 cawan susu cair
3. 1 cup of sugar/ 1 cawan gula
4. 1 cup of water/ 1 cawan air
5. 1 cup of custard flour/ 1 cawan tepung kastard
6. 1 cup of corn/ 1 cawan jagung tin
Method of preparing/Cara-cara membuatnya
7. Mixed altogether ingredients 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 in pool or pot / Campurkan semua bahan 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 dalam loyang ataupun periuk
After that, stirring until thick and shiny and blended well together on medium heated/Selepas itu kacau hingga pekat dan berkilat dan sebati atas api yang sederhana.
Lift and cool in the pan or mold and decorated as u wish (wirh cheries or etc)/ Angkatkan dan sejukkan didalam loyang atau acuan. dan hiaskan mengikut kesukaan anda.
