It feel so teribble when we under stress.
It related with emotional & physical thats not function well.
Like a wire broken somewhere. & we dunno how to fix it.
Sometime u felt , it come from other else, people or thing surrounded in ur life.
Friends, Family maybe a pet errrrr...but honestly is the best thing when i can put blame on u!

Why so stress macaa....ehhhh mamat nie ..up to me laa macaaa...sibuk laaa.
But the thing is the stress is not come from anywhere , we r created by ourselves.
Easy man, like the small thing u upgrade it until is big, bigger & biggest until u cant control it anymore.
Take a simple, by this example U have homework or assignment (think is a big project) n u just let it be because the due date is still far away from the date u assign it , just let it be let it be let it be now is only left 2 days before due date. First thing u can say of is okay i can handle it and u will come out with strategy like a do this first, do this 2nd..third blaa blaa pot pet pot pet...after a while u jammed and need to rest from facing ur lappy for 14 hours..u eyes need to rest (ayat student weh)
So after ur woke up , u felt like a migrain because u had a daymare dream..uhuhu, then ur face look like a zombie n facing the laptop again looking for information again & again, ding dong ding dong 12 am.. ding dong 7 am.. what to do what to do arrrrrrrrrrrrrr, there is lot of info i need it.

Acting like so distressful person, with inside ur brain like a burning somewhere, grab that ,wrongn grab this of course wrong, & the best part is ur lappy ding ding ding......zzzzzzzzz.....black screen appear like ur brain not function well anymore..Bye bye.
Smile..and maybe u said tq my lappy arrrrrrrrrrrr crazy lapppy why r u do this to me haaa in this tyme left to me to finish it why oo why only hours left to me, how could u,,,damn it...(so sumpah seranah keluar laa)
Finally u also ting tong....n woke up ding dong 7 am. Arghhhhhhh now turn to submit, n the best solution u skip the class. Very well!
So thats a good example that u blame on ur assignment. I have experienced it many time but finally i just submit it not try to skip the class not me laaa. But honestly not statisfied enough with my works.
So that is, the thing is so simple just do it wisely man, not try to make it become to wore okay. Because when u brain is jammed ur will start 2 create the stress that maybe effect ur emotional intelligent. Be a grown up boy n gurl. So stop put the blame on me machaaaaaaaaaaa..
